Description: One bedroom condo sleeps eight. Master bedroom has two queen beds, TV, private balcony, and full bath with Jacuzzi. There is a kitchen equipped for cooking and eating. The living room has two sofa sleepers, a TV, dinning table and chairs, and another full bath. Two private balconies that are delightful settings to drink your morning coffee while enjoying the sunrise and ocean waves; and evenings you can view the spectacular sunset while sipping cocktails. The view is spectacular!
There is a spacious lobby for cooler gatherings inside, to recap the day’s adventure and plan your night's entertainment. Don't forget the in house restaurant and bar with indoor and outdoor dinning with a tiki bar, all overlooking the pool as well as the World's most famous beach. Making for a terrifically lazy vacation where you never have to leave the hotel and can still enjoy meeting and mingling with newly acquired friends, or take on the alluring night life within walking distance.
We have a perfect family atmosphere, close to child-oriented activities. Walk out the door into the pool, or stroll directly from the pool deck onto the beach for every conceivable recreation and water sport. After a busy day children and adults alike can take advantage of the water park, boardwalk, and many other family oriented attractions
We have condos on floors two through six that accommodate from four-eight guests each.

Cancellation Policy: 100% of deposit applied to new reservation made with-in one year.
Non-refundable deposit of 50% due at time of reservation.
Following rates not available during special events or summer months: Weekly-$699; 2 weeks-$999; 3 weeks-$1099; monthly-$1199 ~ Off-months – September, November, December, January, May - $1199 each or reserve 3 "off-months" for $3000. Months of February and October $1799
