Property description
This house is located on the dead end street right at the base of Hunter Mountain; less than a mile from the chair lift. Front deck is equiped with a BRAND NEW 49 HYDRO JET HOT TUB (Dimension 1).
Outdoor Activities: Hunter ski lodge is about 1 mile from the house. You can go for a hike right from the backyard of the house (there are 30 acres of undeveloped land) or you can drive for about 5 miles to North and South lakes for the best (in my opinion) hikes in Catskills.
Layout:
Main floor: open loft-like layout with fully equipped modern kitchen, renovated bathroom and oversized dining table. There is one bedroom (queen size bed). The sofa bed in the living room can sleep 1 or 2 people. You are welcome to use our wood-burning stove in the living room and hot tub on the deck.
Top floor: 2 bedrooms (king/queen size beds) and a sleeping loft which can double as another comfortable social area (two sofa beds that convert to two queen size beds) and one renovated bathroom with massage shower panel.
Lower level: Fully renovated 3 smaller bedrooms and a good size game room equipped with pool table and other toys. New bathroom with a shower and heated floor was added during the summer. Stone entrance floor is also heated. 1 of the bedroom has 2 bunk beds and can sleep 4 people. Another bedroom has a futon bed that opens up into double bed with a single bunk on the top. Third bedroom has a day bed that can be converted into king size bed.

Please, no pets (without prior approval)! Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere in the house, but you are welcome to smoke on either of the decks. Your group must be over 25 to rent this property
