Property description

Welcome to Central Florida Disney Villa, located in the gated community of The Reserve at Town Center Resort. We have a 5 bedroom, 3 bath villa with a private South facing pool. Located 8 minutes away from Disney, and 5 minutes from the I-4 Interstate (exit 58). Our villa consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 being Queen Master Suites with ensuite bathrooms, 1 Full sized bedroom, and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each. The 3rd family bathroom is shared by these three rooms. There is a fully equiped kitchen, laundry area including an iron and ironing board, a games room with a pool table, foozball , a dart board, card games, a small variety of toys for the younger guests. We also an extensive library of Videos, DVD's,cards and books for all ages.The south facing pool just waiting for the swimmers and sunbathers to enjoy. Out on the pool deck is the covered lanai offering shade for you when you need it. A table and chair set are there to complete the perfect place to relax in at the end of the day. Imagine eating that al-fresco meal on the lanai while watching the otters playing in the pond or the Egrets with their babies swimming amongst the turtles. We are centrally located for all the magic that is out there for waiting for you to explore!
