When we purchased this fabulous house it was because of the location, it overlooks a pond, open fields and woodland to the rear. We use this as our own vacation home and are pleased to make it available to other visitors to the area when we are not using it ourselves. This 2005 built 2 storey house is in a small Gated Development at the end of Seven Dwarfs Lane, only 10 miles from Disney's main gate and is located just off the US192 (between location markers 12 & 13) where you can find everything that you would need as well as providing easy access to all of the attractions. As well as the owners, many happy families from all over the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe have used this property as their vacation home and many will return on a regular basis to enjoy the comfortable accommodation and the peaceful location with its tranquil backdrop that you can enjoy even whilst in the screened pool. THE POOL CAN BE HEATED but will incur an additional charge. We know that you will not be disappointed with the accommodation and we are certain that you will enjoy your stay in our home. The weather, theme parks, and other attractions make Florida one of the number one places to visit and should be at the top of anyones list of places to go. Exploring the area you will find attractions too numerous to mention, so many in fact that you will no doubt want to return again and again. Among the most popular attractions are Disney World, The Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Disney MGM Studios, Typhoon Lagoon, Universal Studios, Epcot, Sea World, Gatorworld, Medieval Times, Islands of Adventure, Discovery Cove, Mini Adventure Golf Courses (as well as the serious ones), More Amusement Parks, Plenty of Shopping Malls and Factory Outlets, Numerous Restaurants, Lots of Sightseeing, Helicopter Rides, Airboat Rides, Highway 192 (miles and miles of shops eating establishments and other attractions). Access to all attractions including Disney World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Epcot, SeaWorld and Medieval Times. There is very easy access to both Orlando International and Sandford airports, Kissimmee Old Town, Downtown Kissimmee, International Drive, the Beltz Outlet Mall, many other factory outlets and shopping malls, two large WalMart stores, numerous golf courses, and many restaurants offering various types of cuisine.
